📜 Terms of Use

Welcome to Soulmate — a digital love platform for adults. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and the developer, Mabona Maxwell Sihlongonyane.

1. Eligibility & Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use Soulmate. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age (18+). We reserve the right to verify your age and suspend any account that violates this requirement.

2. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree not to share your account or use another person's account.

3. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Harassment, stalking, threats, or any form of abuse.
• Cheating, deception, or manipulating others.
• Posting violent or illegal content.
• Hate speech or discrimination.
• Anyone under 18 attempting to register or use the app.

4. Explicit Content & Nudity Policy 🔞

🚫 Public Areas (Posts, Feed, Profile Pictures, Comments, Bio)

The following are never allowed and will result in immediate deletion without warning:

• Full or partial nudity (breasts, genitals, buttocks).
• Sexually suggestive poses or implied sexual activity.
• Pornographic text, erotic stories, or explicit sexual descriptions.
• Links to adult websites, OnlyFans, or similar platforms.
• Content depicting sexual violence, non-consensual acts, or fetish material.

Consequence: Immediate content deletion + account warning. Repeated violations = permanent ban.

💬 Private Chats (One-on-One Conversations)

Intimate or nude content may be shared privately between two consenting adults (both 18+), subject to these rules:

• Consent is mandatory: You must obtain clear permission before sending any nude or explicit image.
• No unsolicited nudes: Sending explicit images without request = harassment.
• No means NO: Stop immediately if asked.
• Minors prohibited: Users under 18 cannot send or receive explicit content under any circumstances.
• No revenge porn: Sharing intimate images without consent = immediate permanent ban + legal referral.

🤖 Automated Moderation

Our system automatically detects and deletes explicit content in public areas. Users can also report violations using the in-app report button.

5. Love Doctor Services

• Free Love Doctor: Funded by ads, confidential, for adults only.
• Certified External Love Doctors: Users may pay them directly outside the app.

Love Doctors cannot screenshot or record conversations. All therapy chats are PIN-protected.

6. In-App Purchases & Ads

Soulmate is supported by Google AdMob advertisements. Premium features may be introduced in the future.

7. Termination & Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time via Data Deletion Page. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms, including underage registration.
