4. Content Policy & Prohibited Material 🔞

🚫 Absolutely Prohibited in Public Areas

The following content is strictly forbidden anywhere visible to the public (profile pictures, posts, feed, comments, bio):

• Nudity, partially nude, or sexually suggestive photos or videos.
• Pornographic material of any kind (images, videos, text, or links).
• Sexually explicit language, descriptions, or role-play.
• Content depicting sexual acts, genitalia, or simulated sexual activity.
• Links to external pornographic websites or adult content platforms.

Consequence: Immediate deletion without notice. Repeated violations lead to account suspension or permanent ban.

💬 Private Chat Exceptions (Consenting Adults Only)

In private one-on-one chats between consenting adults (both aged 18+), intimate or nude content may be shared with these rules:

• Consent is mandatory: You must obtain clear permission before sending any nude or explicit image.
• No unsolicited nudes: Sending explicit images without request = harassment.
• No means NO: Stop immediately if asked.
• Minors prohibited: Users under 18 cannot send or receive explicit content.
• No revenge porn: Sharing intimate images without consent = immediate permanent ban + legal referral.

🤖 Automated Detection & Enforcement

Our system automatically detects and deletes:

• Nudity and explicit images in public posts and profile pictures.
• Pornographic text or links in public areas.
• Patterns of harassment or unsolicited explicit messages.
• Underage users (reported or detected).

5. Love Doctors & Third-Party Arrangements

• Free Soulmate Love Doctor: Funded by ads, available to all adult users.
• Certified External Love Doctors: Users may pay them directly outside the app.

All Love Doctor chats are PIN-protected — doctors cannot screenshot or record conversations.

6. Data Security & Retention

• End-to-end encryption for sensitive data.
• Regular security audits.
• Deleted messages are hidden but retained for legal safety.
