Welcome to Pure C++ IDE. By using our application, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern your use of the app developed by Mabona Maxwell Sihlongonyane.

By downloading or using Pure C++, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

2. Educational Use Only

Pure C++ is designed as an educational tool. While we strive for accuracy in our lessons and compiler output, the application is provided "as is." We are not responsible for any errors in logic or code execution results.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use the C++ compiler or editor to:

• Create, test, or distribute malicious software (viruses, malware).
• Attempt to bypass the security of the Cloud Compiler API.
• Perform illegal activities or violate the laws of Eswatini or your local jurisdiction.
• Reverse engineer the application or its lessons for commercial gain.

4. Cloud Compiler & Third-Party APIs

Our "Online Mode" utilizes third-party services (like Wandbox) to execute code. Your use of these features is subject to their availability. We are not responsible for any data loss or downtime caused by these external services.

5. Advertisements (AdMob)

To keep this educational tool free, we display advertisements via Google AdMob. By using the app, you consent to the display of these ads. We are not responsible for the content of the advertisements shown.

6. Local Data & Privacy

Your code projects are saved locally on your device. We do not maintain backups of your work on our servers. You are responsible for exporting your code (.cpp files) if you wish to keep them permanently. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

7. Limitation of Liability

Mabona Maxwell Sihlongonyane and Pure C++ shall not be liable for any damages (including data loss or device malfunction) arising from the use or inability to use the application.
